On i3 if you order Black I think it came with Grey trim instead of the tree hugging blue

they don't have a dedicated ev platform. This is a stop gap vehicle until they develop one around 2025. Similar to 911 and Taycan but bmw does not have Taycan. They blew it with I8.

Imagine if Porsche had a smaller version of the Taycan at around the same starting price as the i4. It would kill BMW. The Taycan is over my budget but I just can't buy an i4 with that face.

Well said. Accentuating the opening by having the grill on top of the opening is what throws me. The G82 M4 treatment with the opening incorporating elements is a MUCH better execution then extending beyond the opening. I think that is key. In my very humble opinion. Art and the beholder of course.

The difference between the concept car and the final version is striking: sorry to say but Audi is much better at this.
Just the headlights look much sleeker and futuristic and in line with an EV.
Then the rest is very bland…
