Turkish flatbread, with kaşar and oregano, brushed with butter. Fresh out of the oven! Nice tangy cheese with wonderful oregano flavors. With sparkling water and side salad. |

I had something similar at a pub/restaurant in Wales. Right near Tintern Abbey. It was called Fisherman's Pie. Like Shepherd's Pie but with fish instead of meat. No crust, though. It was delicious, but huge. Doggy bags aren't the norm in the UK and we had no way to reheat it anyway, so a lot went to waste. But man, it was tasty.
