My stock power F82 M4 is plenty quick in my opinion and gets up to going to jail speeds in a relatively quick manner.

I’d rather see ultra fast EV charging in minutes instead of hours compared to them saying “it has XXXX hp and does 0-60 in 0.2 seconds.”

Slow in what class? Not compared to a TM3 Performance. That car is a one trick pony with a crappy suspension and interior with fit and finish no better than a $2 hot wheel. The hot wheel is probably better.

I guess the question is really academic. How fast do you want to lose your license. There are very few roads where you can use the performance of an i4 M50 and not lose your license.

After 500hp and close to 600 lb/ft of torque it's just a pissing contest.

I'm m tired of one trick ponies.

People compare my M50 to a TM3 Performance and I just look at them very confused. My car has merino leather, adaptive lasers, HK sound, adaptive suspension, air springs in thé rear qnd can pull 1g cornering. And can still do 0-60 in 3.3.

A Lucid Sapphire is $200k and some.
A Plaid is a joke as it doesn't even come standard with braking that can stop the car without overheating.

That's not exactly true. You don't get to parity u til you've driven 20,000 miles of so. But for the equivalent car you do see a smaller footprint for the EV.

The battery is the killer. BMW doesn't use rare earth metals in it's motors.

The excavating for rare earth minerals, the heavier cars burn through tires quicker, it goes on and on. People buy EV’s thinking they are doing good, while they are destroying the earth even more.
