Yes in a dealer's lot and the M Sport with Estoril Blue exterior, looks far better in person than it does in photographs. Another point that be of interest the rear bumper is not as annoying as many have commented.

I have the sport seats but not the M package and let me tell you the seats are fantastic!! Great thigh support right up to the knee. I could drive this car ALL day. Enjoy.

Have you tried calling BMW Genius? They have the most accurate info. I was scheduled for production week 3. I called today and learned production started on 1/14 and was able to get my VIN.

My sales contact is pretty good and is keeping me in the loop by giving me a weekly update. Ours is a week 3 car too so hoping that when he calls later this week I will have a vin and hopefully it will be on its way from the plant to here...

What info did you provide BMW Genius with in order to get your VIN? I also have an X1 M Sport on order but the build date has gotten pushed back three times since they original start date of 1/4.

Also is the number you are dialing 844-4GENIUS?

Yes that number is correct. I just asked for the VIN when he told me it was in production. You won't have a VIN until production starts.

If given the choice I would have taken the silver.
I am driving a Mineral Grey and although would have preferred a lighter color this one is growing on me. Mind you in my climate the car is always so dirty I have no idea what the color looks like anymore. LOL

I prefer the grey myself since I like X1 in darker colors. It's bold but requires more cleaning. Silver will hide the dirt more than grey, but the mineral grey is very pretty when it's clean. Silver is a very neutral color so it doesn't really stand out in general.

I still haven't seen an M-Sport IRL from the pictures I am not do font of the back.. In grey the colors are almost the same but in white it looks to big the black part.

Do silver or grey I think I would prefer grey

Great to see real life pictures of the Glacier Silver M Sport.
I ordered this (with 19" wheels). Had only seen the colour on the configurator and I was having doubts about it. Happy with it now.
Was worried that the sides/doors were 'missing something' and made the vehicle look van-like but the details in the real world picture look fine to me.

I didn't like the back bumper in light colors but the silver looks good with the black contrast (bumper, window trim, roof rail).

First M-Sport cars have arrived in Oz! Dealer sent me some photos of an Estoril Blue sDrive20i. It looks great.

how does this blue compare with the F30's? Looks a bit darker here than what I know -- maybe it's just the photo. If it were this dark, I think I'll get "approval" from the boss but, unfortunately, she doesn't like what she sees with the F30s running around.

It should be the exact same blue as the F30. Maybe it's just the camera/photo. Also it's overcast so probably looks darker than when the sun is out since it's a metallic.
