If that is accurate and from yesterday, it really won't matter in 6 months.
What actually goes through is another story.

'Yesterdays' wish list is a 'you're all deplorables' gunshot. Take the selfish asinine requests and put together a 30 second ad and BOOM. Biden and Pelosi are finished.

Not to mention the millions of the 'probably' Democrats that are about to go through hell in so many service industries. Put the ad on the TV and radio and it's lights out.

Shake your heads, call me names, whatever. That right there is a death punch.

* rd.
If the thread is so stupid, leave and don't come back would seem like the reasonable thing to do.

If NBC devoted 1% of the effort they put in hammering Trump and used that 1% to show that Biden has dementia it would be over mercifully quickly

Where did the OP's list come from?

As I said, page 650 is not about mail-in, or any other kind of, voting. I went through the sections regarding ACCESS and can't find anything about "vote harvesting", but I'll admit my eyes are crossing a bit trying to wade through the language.

Anyone want to help a brother out?

Yet turbo did not answer my question, but I don't see the same aggressiveness going his way.

It seems you're just rude and intolerant.

Do you have anything to contribute besides insults?

Nice! A tweet from a non-toxic source.
Now we can talk.......
It seems Democrats put a bunch of BS in there, I saw three or four things that were definitely worthy, but many that were not.

Now to answer the original question, I believe this has been addressed in other threads. Specially, the us Coronavirus thread.

I was looking at/searching the PDF that the OP referenced:

If you've got something more eyeball friendly, I'm all for it.

Good Lord, that's a lot of money that has nothing to do with this pandemic. What are the dems thinking?

The first part yes. The second part also yes depending how it is done. Reasonable limits sure.

That said, I really am indifferent about the pork as the corporate giveaways are going to be so disproportionate. This whole thing is a wish list from different legislators to be alright with the bitter pill of where the majority of this made up money will go.

But yeah, some loans for small businesses combined with tax credits when paid back and strengthened or guarantees on unemployment as well as expansion for underemployment is really all I would expect to see. Everything after that is pork regardless of the side it is on.

OP literally just ripped it from a Reddit thread in Louder with Crowder who also cites nothing.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LouderWithC...tent=post_body

ITT: OP has zero original thoughts, doesn't actually know where numbers actually came from, and doesn't cite his sources. You are graded an F and are required to write the principal a 1,000 word essay on why blind plagiarism is bad. You will not receive your diploma until it's turned in.

Ok, I searched up 2 of the items identified by the OP:

"$100,000,000 to Nasa, because, who knows why".
Page 17-18 of the bill says it's to "prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus". So, the monies has to be spent in connection with coronavirus. The funding is also pursuant to the "emergency requirement" of "section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985".

"$20,000,000 to the USPS, because why the hell not".
Page 53 of the bill says it's for "revenue foregone due to the coronavirus pandemic". The funding is also pursuant to the "emergency requirement" of "section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985". Whether you agree the amount is excessive is one thing, but to say "why the hell not" is disingenuous.

Even weirder when I read the source document itself - I don't see the part about "ballot harvesting".

Honestly, enabling/encouraging every state to allow mail-in voting for any/every registered voter is a great idea, IMO.

We signed up for mail-in balloting when we moved back to The Mitten - Michigan doesn't require any justification to be a mail-in voter. It's awesome - no waiting in line at the polling stations, no taking time away from work. All it costs is a stamp.
