What point of battery capacity loss might qualify for Warranty replacement?

I have my 2015 capacity sitting at 4.7 kwh.
Any help would be appreciated.

I heard from the dealership below 70%. However if one cell capacity or voltage is below the rest and causing the overall capacity to be low. They will replace one cell at a time. My 2016 with less than 35k miles had an issue and was completely replaced. Along with the battery safety module and the wire harness inside the battery module.

No the dealer has to run some tests. Cost me $350 (not if battery would have been under 70%).
