Fun convertibles.. whats getting deep discounts now?

In light of the economy and lack of car sales, and the $7500 discount on the m3's.. what small convertibles are getting discounted like crazy now? I am looking at a 2-seaters like:

Miata
saturn sky/solstice
z4
s2000
350z
etc..

This car is not for me, but my parents who dont need a high performance car..just something fun for summer. I'm leaning towards the miata because of price. Thanks!

looked at the miata today.. looks fun! going fro a drive tomorrow. I wonder what the auto is like. I saw paddle shifters.

I drove the sky today. good power in the turbo, but wow really cramped, worse than the s2k, likely because of that huge rear view mirror! visibility is bad in that car. Nice gearbox though!

350z's will be too expensive ,as will the z4, unless I want a really old/high mileage one.

Had both s2k and z4.
Z4 is no where near fun as S2k.

I would go out and find a nice 02 (if you want more raw), or 06(more civilized) white with red interior

I'm actually going to buy S2k again as a weekend car some time soon.
