One of my biggest pet peeves as well, happened to me at lunch today. Guy runs a stop sign and pulls out in front of me, I have not a single car behind me. I have to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting him and because I get close-ish to his POS Cobalt when he immediately decides to bust left without a signal, he starts flipping me off and yells "fucking asshole in a BMW." I love being called "asshole in a BMW" because people who make poor decisions in life drive as well as they do everything else.

Happens all the time around here (the not waiting after stopping at stop signs part).

My favourite is on 2 lanes divided highways where I have my cruise control set, and as I approach someone to pass, they decide it's time for them to pass too.
I believe they'd rather move over than turn their cruise control off. Which causes me to not only turn mine off, but also slam on the brakes. People are extremely selfish and really do show it when driving.

I find comfort in trolling. So much comfort that at times it's nearly impossible to know my posts are just merely troll posts.

In other news, I doubt I will ever actually own a BMW. I came here for the cars, stayed for the women when the cars didn't tickle my pickle, but now rarely come here anymore.

I do miss Big Tex's large shaved calves and movie reviews though.

I confess I'm using my phone's flashlight to do stuff around the house because I accidentally turned a light on in my kitchen and 30 seconds later I heard the doorbell...
To which my only response was to turn off the kitchen light and stand still until they left.

Aside from the blow pop comment how was dinner last night? What did she end bringing over for dinner?

To keep with the thread theme, I confess that I miss when my boys were younger. Last night was very surreal sitting at home alone handing out candy to kids. Funny how quickly life changes and you find yourself missing times passed. On a stranger note: children are like parasites. They drain you of your mental stability, health and monetary gain and then one day they are gone and want nothing to do with you....until they need something again.

Some of the reasons I do not want kids.

Quickly approaching my 60th b-day. On the one hand, I feel better now than I have in decades. I've been cycling for 18 months and lost a ton of weight. I feel great. But...how the hell did I get to be 60?!?!?!

So I'm waffling between self-pity (bad) and the belief that I'll live to be 100 and go out in a blaze of glory (or farting dust, as the case may be).
