For any 50/60 owners, how has communication around the latest (battery manufacturing; don't drive & charge) NA recall been so far, if any?

Very curious what long-term loaners y'all will get on the new flagships, or if that ends up being dealer dependent.

I feel like I should have noticed that the bronze trim under the windows stops at the end of the back door and doesn't continue to the end of the car, but I only just saw it.

Now I can't unsee it. Sorry, not sorry.

The most important thing is whether you are happy with it. That's all that matters.

I think it has white shipping plastic on it in the photos.

The bronze trim extends to the end of the car, it is covered by white protective plastic in the pictures

Is bmw going to resolve this?
I would expect them to. It's a factory defect.

It is a defective roof. BMW will replace the entire glass roof.

Park Lane has delivered our M60!! But we need a tracker!

Hey all! Just fyi, if you're getting your car almost every insurer requires you to get a tracker installed! So factor this in for your delivery! So we don't bring it home for another few days 😝

US based insurance companies don't require trackers. Do many outside the EU and UK?

Trackers not required in NZ either.

I put money down for an M60 yesterday and decided to check insurance costs this afternoon. A bit of a shock when the cheapest came out at £2,500...! Adding that a tracker was fitted dropped it to around £950 so well worth doing...
