new owner of i8 with a few issues

Hi all
I have recently bought a i8 and it has a few fault codes, it drives nice and is definitely not in limp mode however these are the codes I have read from it using a bmw icarsoft scanner.
P0036
P0136
138a15
12ab04
12b304
138401
I believe these codes are o2 sensor related mainly. Anybody familiar with these codes, is it likely to be just replace the o2 sensors and all is good or is there likely to be an underlining issue that is causing it to trigger these codes.

If you dont get much help here remember that the engine is a 3 cylinder Mini motor….maybe that’ll help.
