Hi all,

Just ordered an IX40. One thing that I hate with all electric cars is the rim designs
I understand why the look like they do, but still hate them.

The BMW dealer states that the dimensions isn't like any other car... But not sure it's true and I'm keen on going 21/22"" aftermarket until BMW comes with nice looking ones. Does anyone know what spec you need to have on the for it to fit.

Best would be if the X7/X5 would fit but again the info share is that they won't fit...

I have not seen the specs posted anywhere. I suggest that you ask your dealer to get you the info.

The tires are 275/40 R22, but I have no idea about the bolt pattern, but for sure an X5 wheel will be to small as the 21 setup is 275/35/21 in the frond and 315/35/21 in the rear on my X5

I have asked the dealer. Their technical /PM has been ill. I wonder how the IX looks with good looking wheels. Understand the downside with "regular" wheels but 99% of the time i travel less than 30km per day.
