Price?

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
I’m bouncing around the idea of replacing my 2020 M50i with an iX or an M60. I know it’s a really rough time to be a buyer.

But I’m curious. Local dealer wanted almost 7k over MSRP. Said they’d drop 5k if I finance with them. I did a quick scan of this forum and didn’t see any post with prices. So if I finance with them it would be 2k over MSRP. Is that in range or are people getting them for MSRP?

It’s not critical I replace the M50i. Still runs great. However, I wouldn’t mind joining the EV world.

Thanks in advance!

I just bought at MSRP, so I wouldn't pay over that. Early EVs like this will depreciate pretty heavily in the years to come as the tech keeps improving.

Tesla's havent been getting killed on the depreciation front though. As new cars continue to cost more, it may not be so bad.

MSRP here, and in fact my dealer knocked off $1k because my tire selection in the original build was about $1k but dropped recently as included. $7k over MSRP is price gouging (unless you're Mercedes! ), but the iX 50 did increase from 2022 to 2023 about $1k I believe. .

I ordered at MSRP in late Feb this year in ATL. I did get a detailed driveout price sheet with price including taxes on a $1k deposit.

I'm still waiting for the dealer to get an allocation so I don't know if I will get hit with a price change when it's time to submit the order.
