... or is Elon just using those 650k $1 pre-orders on the truck and taking it to loan company and saying 'hey i need money to build these 650k cybertrucks". The dude got people to pony up $50k deposits for a roadster back in 2017 lol.

from what I've read if he does get cold thrusters on the car they can only be used on designated closed courses verified by the GPS. Similar to how the early GTRs in Europe and Japan would only let you go over 110mph once you got to a racetrack.
