Owner drivers 172,000mil on original brakes

I figure I share this, the owner in Germany replaced his battery before his brakes. Lol
There was retrofit program that I think made him change to improve the range( I don't think battery was bad )
He replaced his 60Ah to new 90Ah battery before his 1st brakes.

Amazing. I've wondered what swapping the pack from 60 -> 94 requires. I know its a direct replacement but I assume there is coding required for this right? What is involved with that?

I am sure full software update.

Changing simple battery on mine M3 required 2 hour reprogramming. Lol
