Who's dealing with this wind in the Northeast?

It has been a really long time since we have had gusts the velocity I have seen them today. Just waiting for a tree to land on the house.

Where are my other Northeast guys at?

It's wild...knocked over everything on the deck. The planter pots were across the street. Large branches everywhere.

Sounds crazy too.

It's bad. They just closed one of the piers in NJ because the wind blew over stacks of empty ocean containers.

Trash bins and branches all over the roads here in the Boston area. Certainly the strongest and longest lasting winds I have seen in a while.

Not looking forward to my drive over the bridge to go home. The wind threw me around like an empty paper bag this morning and it wasn't as bad as it is now. And I just love these clueless drivers. 50 mph wind gusts and you feel compelled to drive right next to me?

Here's our 2018 F350 with a branch through the windshield today and another piece that pierced the A pillar (built Ford tough my ass ) Good thing it was just parked when the branch came down. I've got stones in my pockets to keep me from blowing away.

Here in Upstate it is just a lot of bluster, haven't seen a/t too strange or extreme (did get smart and put the trash cans inside the garage yesterday). I'm more worried about what my cat will do to the inside of the house while freaking out about the wind noise.

We lost power this morning around 10....

Decided to go into work and take a shower, and on the way out noticed a tree down at the street.

The wind has picked up since so I'm hoping I only have one tree to deal with when I get home.

Stay safe out there everyone.

Thank you. It's already been flatbedded to a friend's body shop, there were a couple nicks in the hood too. That's what insurance is for.

A couple hours I saw this in my town, the traffic light blew down on them as they were driving so I know it can always be worse. (They were all pretty much okay). I don't think there's s working traffic light now for 20 miles now though. Yeesh

Brutal wind in Massachusetts. By 7:00 pm, over 75,000 were without power.

Crazy wind in Massachusetts. I didn't have to deal with anything serious, but my gas grill was flipped over! This is a heavy stainless steel Weber. I've been at my house 12 years and that has never happened before. I wasn't home when it happened but I can only imagine the gust it took to do that.
