From everything we know right now, from talking with the dealers and brokers who have access to the 2025 order guide, there are no changes coming to the motors, ranges, or charging coming for the 2025 iX. As mentioned in the replies above, there are only two new (minor) items different from the 2024 model: the M-Sport Wheel/Trim, and the Auto-Lane Change feature.

Read my post just above yours. There is only a very minor change for MY25 and the car is exactly the same - see below. Battery and styling changes are due for MY26 (LCI aka refresh) scheduled to start production in March next year.

“There is a new option, Code ZID, Interior Design Package which includes M Interior Trim in Dark Silver and an M steering wheel. This is optional on the iX50 and standard on the iX M60. On the iX50, you are required to order ZSP Sport Package in order to be able to add this package.”

Probably no change in battery, range, efficiency, etc. It may not even be cosmetic changes (there were no cosmetic changes to 2023 and 2024).

But the side question is, how much range do you think you need? BMW grossly understates the iX range. Car & Driver got 290 miles in their 75 MPH highway test, which is one of the roughest controlled tests anyone does. InsideEVs got 345 miles in their 70 MPH test, and Consumer Reports got 370 miles in their 70 MPH test. (The CR test aligns with InsideEVs, because CR runs the car to a flatbed, while InsideEVs only goes to indicated 0%.)

The car gets enough range for a pretty healthy road trip leg, and it charges fast enough to keep you on the road.

Not probably! The ordering and pricing guides have been out for over a month now. See comments above, e.g. https://bmwi.bimmerpost.com/forums/s...3&postcount=68

Yeah, I should probably have been more clear... I do not consider things like paint color, interior color, and interior trim changes as cosmetics. Thought they technically are, those kinds of things change with every model year. They are not unusual cosmetic changes. Often in mid-cycle updates, automakers make slight changes to head lights, tail lights, grills, very minor body panel changes to accommodate those changes. That was my "cosmetic changes" reference. I don't think that is happening in 2025.

What I am saying is that we have clear information on changes for MY25 which is just a new option for M Sport steering wheel and a new dark silver interior trim. That is all! There is no need to assume anything. Mid-cycle refresh (LCI) for iX is scheduled for March 2025 as a 2026 model year and that one is projected to have battery and drivetrain changes along with minor styling updates.

This makes the decision between an iX50 and an M60 much more difficult. A fully loaded iX50 is $111,145 and the M60 with the same options would be $120,795. That's a $9,650 cash difference, and also the RV is 1% less on an M60.

For those adrenaline junkies having more horsepower and a slighter stiffer suspension is fun for racing the M60, but personally I prefer the more luxurious ride of the iX50. The car is wicked fast already and saving a little money every month doesn't hurt!

Either way, with the 2025 models it's hard to go wrong with this car!!

As far as 2025 iX xDrive50 in the US goes, MSRP went up by just $150 and Driving Assistance Professional package went up by $400. The rest of the packages that were available for 2024 model year seem to have the same prices. Of course, there is a new Interior Design package (M steering wheel and M dark silver interior trim) and Integral Active Steering (rear wheel steering) option is now available.

MY25 started production in March, so the March lease program should apply to it. The March lease program ends on April 1st. So, the April program will start on April 2nd.

The March lease program is insanely aggressive to help clear out 2023 and 2024 inventory. Unfortunately, it's not lockable so anyone doing a custom order to buy a 2025 will have to wait and see what the April program looks like. I hope they don't adjust it too much.

Random observation: I live in Los Angeles, and when I purchased my 2023 iX 50 back in Feb 2023, I felt really special since it was so rare! I could go weeks at a time without seeing other iX's on the road. But, now in March 2024, I see at least 2-3 other iX's every day!! Especially I see them most often in Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica -- the richest areas of LA! It goes without saying these rich folks took great advantage of the amazing iX lease deals in 2024!!

Another notable change for MY25 in the US: "BMW i Signature Blue Package", aka "Signature Blue" design, is not available anymore.

And no more a la carte iBlue seatbelt option. I really like those.

I wouldn’t have ordered them but the iX I found had them, and I’ve grown to love them.

A shame you still can’t get them.

It's one of the first things people notice the first time they get in. Those and the crystal controls always wow people.

2025 iX program has been released, it's the same as the 2024 program, at least in the Eastern and Southern regions. I can now take 2025 orders and price them, we're at 9% off in most areas.

Do the 2025s still come with the EA free charging offer? There's no longer any mention of it on the BMW website.

Yes, it's called "Complimentary Public Charging", and it's listed as an option ZZZ on my build sheet for a 2025 iX 50 order.

You scared me for a minute!

Sorry! It just used to be featured prominently on the BMW website and no longer appears there.

Yes, there is a cached Google search paragraph about it but nothing at the actual link on bmwusa.com or EA website.

Latest 2025 iX pricing guides?

Does anyone have the latest 2025 iX pricing guides? The 1/13/24 does not appear to be the current.

The base price has only gone up $150, which seems like a small win.

There is a new option, Code ZID, Interior Design Package which includes M Interior Trim in Dark Silver and an M steering wheel. This is optional on the iX50 and standard on the iX M60. On the iX50, you are required to order ZSP Sport Package in order to be able to add this package.

For those of you who have wished you could get something other than Titanium Bronze trim in your iX50, that is now possible.

Expect first US deliveries in late April/Early May.

As always, if you need help with a custom ordered iX, you can feel free to reach out by emailing me at scott@insightautoconsulting.com

Also, to pre-empt what I know will be asked, no, there is no lease program released, but I have no reason to believe it would be any different from a 2024.

Any reason you don’t go to the bmwusa.com website and use the configurator to build out the specs that you like to see? It will tell you exactly what the price is for each option.
