i8 in for end of Warranty Inspection and Warranty Extension

Busy day in the life of my i8 today. 3 years and 10,000 miles old and she was Into Sytner Leicester for her first MOT, brake fluid change and end of warranty inspection and everything sailed through swimmingly!

I also got round to extending the warranty with BMW for another 12 months. I was pretty impressed with £1078 for a comprehensive cover including Europe wide BMW breakdown cover for another year. Still very much loving this car 😁

Got a new 840i GC as a loaner for the day. Very nice, but oh so dull in comparison!

Agreed - we had the convertible as a loaner and it really was quite dull and felt sluggish.

make sure you get your turbo checked. The earlier cars had a minor default that led to a small amount of cars burning down. I had mine replaced under warranty to be on the safe side. Newer design etc.

When you say earlier cars, up to when? Mines a March 17 model so not that early.
