Great TV series - What are you watching now?

Watching Dracula. First episode was decent. The second has too many feckless characters and I can't stand seeing the stupidity on display.

I saw the trailer for this and I thought it might be good for the wife and I, she does like a good Vampire or Werewolf story.....decisions decisions.....

I watched it, it’s nothing like your traditional vampire story.

Dracula is quite the funny guy.

Didn’t mind it other than the ending was a bit moist.

Only goes further downhill in Episode 3. Cut your losses now, and move onto something better.

My Netflix and chill friend wanted to stick it out so I finished it with her. The end was a twist but still a bit of a waste of time. That's why the most important part of Netflix and Chill is, "and Chill".

Just finished the first episode of The Outsider on HBO. Looks like it will be a good one.

I tried watching DC's Legends of Tomorrow (netflix, originally on the CW).

I can't take it. I made it a ways in, 10 episodes or so I think.
What a bunch of bumbling idiots. The only reason the series carry's on is because of the incompetence of the entire lineup. If they would just follow through with anything and not have ADHDMA they might be able to sum it up in one season. Nope. Lets string this fucker out as far as we can because we can't think of actual content to air.

Bring back Warehouse 13.

gf wanted to go old school and start breaking bad, never saw it. obviously an awesome series. I had a dream about methamphetamine last night.

Watching "World War 2 in Color."

Meth figures very strongly in the first episode. I had no idea they used it with the Nazi soldiers in WW2 to the extent that they did. Additionally, it was sold to the general population over the counter in 0.15 mg doses as a pick-me-up prior to the war. Absolutely insane!!!

I'm watching episode 2 and, thus far, I highly recommend it!!

There were 2 episodes on last night. Only caught the first but it was good. Probably won’t get to the second tonight either because football.

Germany was crazy with "chemical enhancement". I've read that they also gave their soldiers DNP to combat the extreme cold temps they fought in.

DNP is basically a pesticide, but it's a very effective metabolic uncoupler that raises metabolism and core temperature by a huge amount.

It was actually sold for a very short time back then as a weight loss supplement....until people started developing cataracts....and eventually some deaths.

It has a very long half-life, and people would increase the dose prematurely.....and by the time they figured out they were having issues....sometimes it was too late.

So needless to say, it was pulled pretty quickly.

Saturday night/Sunday the wife, niece, and I binged all but one of the Messiah. We went to dinner last night and the two of them were debating whether because he walked on water, this was the end times. Like, IRL. And is he fake?

YES, HE IS FAKE. Its a damn TV show!!!!

I guess that is a pretty good ad for the show. . .

I finished Messiah last night , I thought the show was very well done and highly entertaining. The last episode was great, and def. leaves room for season 2 . I'm really hoping they continue the series because I am interested where it goes from that ending!!
