If you had a Firestick you could be watching it now…..for free……like I did.
Do I need a "smart" TV for that? Because my current one is not. My daughter keeps telling me to get a new TV that is, and I will, but this one is still working fine and I can't see buying another one for my family room while this one is still working good.

As long as your TV has an HDMI port - which I'm sure it does - you can run a Firestick. All apps are on the Firestick itself, and you can download CINEMA HD and/or Films Plus.

Yes, it does. Actually it has 2 of them. OK, I'll look in to it. As soon as I get off my procrastinating ass.

Edit: just talked to my daughter and she says she'll get me the Firestick for Fathers Day. Yay! I don't have to do nothing (the best part).

Saw “The Lost City” with Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum w/Brad Pitt for a short part. It was funny and enjoyable. Star studded cast and they all aged pretty well.

I caught "Tony Hawk Until The Wheels Fall Off" yesterday on HBO. As someone who grew up in SoCal in that era it was fascinating to see what was going on behind the curtain in the skater scene. Good stuff!

the trailer is creepy and chilling AF and the comments from viewers seem to confirm.
I may wait fire one of you guys to watch and report back...

Watched this last night after remembering your post on here.

I agreed it was creepy. Makes you wonder how many crazy old ladies are just weak to demons fucking with them.

I thought her having a snake venom bite and trying to eat the little girl was a bit much, but overall, creepy.

What I thought was funny is I probably saw the actress who played Deborah 1000s of times. She was on a soap opera my mom used to watch - All My Children.

She played this role very convincingly. I appreciated the originalality of the story.
Of course, like all horror films, some very questionable actions by the characters.

Rented Wag the Dog last night on Prime. Most likely a lot of truth to it. Kept me entertained the entire time and now has me questioning current things lol.

"There are thought criminals who maintain that the resistance is not real. Believe me Winston it is very real"..

First released in theaters in 1984, (38 years ago). If some of the young adults haven't seen the movie (or read the book), they probably should, especially given the events of modern day.. See Matt:24, Revelation 12, 2 Thessalonians 2-11..
