I think that color feels right at home and is a natural fit in NL?

The color is tough to like but you did a good job with it. I think I would prefer it not in frozen, not sure?!

Well not really, you don't see a lot of yellow cars in NL.
However yellow is one of my favorite colors (I own 2 other yellow cars ) and one of my favourite BMW's was my E46 M3 convertible in Phoenix Yellow so I had to have a yellow BMW again and this colour was the closest match.
There is a gloss version of this color too but satin will be the 2015 hype in wraps and since this is also a demo for my company I had to go with satin.
I'm not disappointed with the result.

And just like Phoenix Yellow the colour looks different all the time...

I have those wheels on my 650i convertible. I don't think they go with the i8.

Gotta go with the wider rear setup. Looks too skinny for the body type, otherwise very nice!

That is sweet!!! Smart to go with a wrap for sure so to not effect resale. Looks great i love the yellow. Thats a "happy" color. I had a yellow S2000 back in the day and it always put me in a good mood.

You should make the face of the rims gloss black, and the lip+inner, frozen grey?!
But it still looks good the way it is now.
