Tire repair
Over the weekend I somehow picked up 2 nails in the right rear tire. I went to my local tire ship and they repaired the tire. I asked them how easy it would be to get a replacement tire in case where the tire was damaged before repair. (I have the Goodyear Touring 255/50R21). I was surprised to hear that the tires are on back order and not available.
They told me that potentially I would have to replace all 4 of them with a set from a different manufacturer. With the car having no spare I am concerned if a tire goes, when I am on a trip away from home. |

you can get a used Goodyear 8.5/32 tread on ebay for as little as 113.99
https://www.ebay.com/itm/32604454463...Bk9SR_ax48LRYw Heres 2 brand new bridgestones for 323.99 https://www.ebay.com/itm/30533113907...Bk9SR_ax48LRYw Look through these. As long as the size is the same any tire will do. One pair per axle if you are worried about handling exactly the same. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...es+4&_osacat=0 |
