3 bean chili stew with ground beef. Little bit of shredded cheese and sour cream on top. Cheap and easy to make. Usually get 3 meals each out of it. Shoulda grabbed a pic.

Chicken pieces in home made tomato sauce with marscapone, and vegetables mixed in pressure cooked in Ninja and served up with tagliatelle.

Made pork loin schnitzels. Nice cuts from my butcher, then tenderized with my rolling pin between sheets of parchment paper, egg dip and bread coating, deep fried and served with veggies, sauerkraut and Dijon. And a nice dry German Riesling.

Squeezed lemon was always my go-to topping for Weiner Schnitzel. A side of pommes frites or warm Bavarian potato salad. Heaven on Earth.
