I love Monaco Blue, I bought it for the wife. I get plenty of compliments on it as well.

I love my Monaco Blue. I was torn between that and the Graphite. Both are awesome colors.
I, personally, dislike the Jet Black ones because EVERYONE has a black BMW/Infiniti/Mercedes/Lexus/etc... Both look great, I just wanted to be a little different

I like Monaco Blue, but I always choose "safe" colors that I know will still be in style in a few years. Not saying that Monaco Blue will be out in a couple but there are some "classic" colors that will always be in. I do think that Monaco looks better in person though- bmw website or their book doesn't do it justice.

Love the Monaco Blue. The brochure and WEB site colors are not true when you see the car. Started out buying grahite and only looked at the blue for features. But bought the blue. You have to work a little to keep it up but if you use good cleaner/wax and polishing cloth it is not that bad. Keeping wheels clean is more of a pain.

Meanwhile I think the biege/wheat interior looks best with the Monaco blue. Like a nice pair of khakis combined with a navy blue shirt.

Yeah, I'd say that of Arctic which no one can figure out if it's grey, green or blue...!
I didn't like Monaco when I saw it at the dealership but it was inside, with neon lighting, and I didn't bash it eigher, I just said I didn't see the metallic part of it and that's what made me wonder if it was worth paying the extra. A Sapphire black X3 had plenty of sparkle, in the same room. Anyways, I still have to see Monaco in direct sunlight before making my mind on wether or not I like it. Right now I'm neutral towards it. |

I have always liked blue. Prior to actually seeing Monaco Blue, I planned on ordering my car in that color. I wasn't expecting it to be so dark. It seemed only marginally lighter than the Carbon Black from the M3, maybe halfway between the Orient Blue and Carbon Black may be a better description.
Either way, it wasn't what I was looking for. I would have gladly taken Mystic Blue, but it wasn't available at the time I placed my order. Overall, I am glad I chose Titanium Silver. Michael

Bottom line, if you like the color that's great. If we all had the same tastes then Henry Ford's mantra would still hold true: "any color you like, as long as it's black".

Lexus ? most even confused them with Infiniti's... even Benz are dime a dozen. maybe Jags, Porsche, Ferraris or Maybachs . ..

The color is not ugly, pretty close to my ex-E320.
Some ppl would think that it is just too serious for a sporty sedan.

Yep, imo MB rocks. When I started out looking at the car, I was convinced I'd want Jet Black. Then I saw one in MB at a dealership. One walk-around is all it took to convince me that I wanted this color more. I've got MB/beige on mine.
