I see but. . .

I put like 1 1/2 scoops of N.O. Explode and it helps.
Im able to work atleast 5-6 exercises each bi's & tri's.

Bottom line, you are going to have to test out different routines to see which one is more effective on "YOU". Not one style of lifting works for everyone. I myself have done the push groups (chest/tri's) and the pull groups(Back/bi's) together and had some results. More recently I have switched my training around to the point where I am working bi's and tri's the same day and my results have increased.. But like I said earlier, just cause it worked for me does not mean it will work for everyone.. Test some out for a while and you will find what works best for you..

they're small muscle groups. just by working out chest, you're already exhausting front delts and triceps. so it's the perfect time to do a couple exercises to target those muscle groups as well. you only need to do a couple exercises and the muscle will be toast. same goes for back, rear delt, and bicep.

LOL, I have heard those stories, actually when I was using it I never really had that side effect.. But I also got over that product as every other product by BSN.
I just started using the JetFuse by GAT. Seems to get the job done, although its nothing too special.

I just ordered Dark Rage for Pre-workout and Torrent for Post Workout. I'll post reviews later.

I do too. But Superpump messes some people up too. YMMV.

Same has been said for SP250. So it's all person to person. I don't know I don't use NO.

Finally decided to try Atro-Phex that came with Syntha-6 I bought a while back. Took one pill upon waking at 5:20am, just took another around an two hours ago. Pretty good energy.

Glutamine does zero for mass gains. The only thing it may help out with is immune system function. You dont need it.

Not completely necessary, although some say it also aids in recovery like BCAA, EAA's.

I use Xtend.

I meet a guy at my gym today.
He was my age, but he was pretty huge and buff.

He told me about these pill, pro horomone pill, I believe I spelled it wrong.
Anyways, he says its works like magic.

Then he starts pointing out random ppl at the gym, and he tells me they take it also. It made sense because they were all wearign the same shirts, "Max Muscle."

So what do you guys think about the pro-horomone pills?
Long and short term effects?
