2019 I3 120AH charging issue

Hey Everyone
I bought my first electric car and right away i bumped into a problem.
I own 2019 I3 with 120ah battery.
It has fast DC as well as AC charging options. So from what i understand it should take 32A 240V 7KW to charge it.
I bought the charger specified as above and when I plug it in the car takes only half of the power (16A 240V 3.6KW). I dont know where is the problem as i checked the charger with 2 other I3 (2018 94ah and 2021 120ah) and both were feed with 32A with no issues. It looks to me like my car is reducing the power but for what reason?
In addition in menu all my charging power settings are maxed. I have two options
-mode 2 (max,reduced,low)
-fast charging cable AC (max,reduced)
I tried different settings and no matter what i set the car always was taken 16A 240V 3.6KW

I compared my menu and the menu with 2018 i3 i have the access to and the 2018 menu is a lil bit different from mine. There are also 2 options
-mode 2 (max,reduced,low)
-mode 3 (max,reduced)
When i set mode 3 to reduced the power lowered to 16A 240V 3.6KW and when went back to max it dragged 32A 240V 7.2 KW

I keep thinking why there is no mode 3 option in my car. Insted i have fast cable AC charging. Maybe this is the reason causing my issues.

My car as well as 2 other i3's i checked are from the US market. I imported them to Europe (Poland).

Also if needed last 7 digits of my VIN# 7E01404

Any help will be greatly appreciated
Mike

The cable matters too. Maybe you have a 16A cable. The car and charger will notice. The 32A cables are thicker and stiffer.

16A 3 phase charging should also be possible with the right charger. Then it will charge at 11kW.

the cable is also rated 32A (other two i3 get 32A from this particular charger)
and it's the car from USA so max they will take is 7.2kw 1 phase AC. European I3's can be charged with 11kW 3 phase

If you i3 is from the USA it will have an J1772 socket or did you change it to EU standard Type 2 socket?

Be aware that cables do have resistors in them to max the Amp's

I didn't change the socket to EU Type 2. I still have an US standard Type 1.....i don't think the issue is in the socket as I mentioned above 2 other I3 get charged with full power with that charger
