Our BMW is at port, and today I checked options in mybmw account.

Obviously it’s missing handsfree tailgate and interior camera…but wondering where is the head-up display? Is it standard? I remember fully loading (attached 3 images) the car at the time of order and now wondering if I forgot to add head-up display…

Mine has it as part of the convenience package as option 6U3 Live Cockpit Pro (incl. HUD)

My order build sheer says 6U3 Live Cockpit Pro (incl. HUD)

But as seen in screenshot above, the mybmw app says Live Cockpit Pro (incl. Navi)

This is confusing. They delete camera(who cares), handsfree tailgate (care), and if they delete HUD (care a lot) too, I am refusing delivery. Too much.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. The content on the My Garage and app as shown in the screenshot isn't as complete as what the build sheet shows. It's a nice pretty overview of options but it doesn't even show the codes, or the deletes or decoding for that matter.

The best solution would be to pull a vin based build sheet. That will list all the individual options on your car.

Vehicle Inquiry should show the details, and your dealer can pull it. Other option is an online VIN decoder, but may not be as accurate:
