staying at home has made me go back to my high school/early college days where i'd sit at home trying to catch deals on stuff i don't need

Computer mouse? MX Master. I have two, considering ordering a third one. I daily the 1st gen that I bought back in 2016 and it's getting old the battery lasts roughly a week now that I'm using it basically 24/7

but that's what I mean. been about 2-3 years since I last logged into tech forums after I realized I was chasing the highest grade parts for no reason (it became a money sink). Now on my shopping list is a 38" display

Thats one of the real problems with forced staying at home, you're surfing the whole net and every time you'll see another gadget what's interesting you and you're trapping yourself at thinking if buying it or not - that will sooner or later eating up my safed money so far

My wife pronounces COVID differently from the rest of the world. She says it "Kah-vid", not "Coe-vid". I silently laugh at her whenever she says this.

Right now she's on a conference call and I have nothing better to do, so I'm making fun of her on the OT section of a BMW forum

This one officer, and I like him, and he was on my interview panel that got me hired, and he basically made a killer oak shelf for me over the weekend, says /e/thernet, not Ethernet. After 15 years it still makes me laugh inside
