Duluth Pack - Luggage for i8

Part 1:
As much as I'd love to have carbon fiber luggage, I'm not going to drop five figures on the Louis Vuitton set. The design doesn't really appeal to me anyway.

So I went looking for some other solutions for the back shelf and back seats. I searched many sources of backpacks, duffel bags, and suitcases.

I ended up ordering a pair of "Duffel Packs" and a Garment Bag from DuluthPack.com

The Duffel Packs fit perfectly in the back seats. The dimensions are 20" tall, 15" wide, and 8" deep. They can be strapped in with the seatbelt if you are going to be doing some spirited driving. You can even stack two Duffel Packs on one seat, if you wanted. (picture below)

Their Brown color matches our Dalbergia Brown pretty closely. The Black one blends into the darkness of the back seat and hides. I suppose the Royal Blue would be a decent (but not perfect) match for the electric i8 blue.

The garment bag, in all-black (they call the color "Great Lakes") looks good on the rear shelf. Even stuffed with a decent amount of clothing, you can still see over it in the rear-view mirror. It fits nicely above the engine. My only concern is finding a way to keep it from sliding around back there.

I own no garage queens. If it's in my driveway, it's been ridden hard and put away wet. ...and now, with a light crust of Maine road salt.

Looks like a great selection of travel accessories for the i8. Gives me some great ideas if I ever plan a road trip down to LA. But undoubtedly they will not be as cool as my cooler!

Yes, your cooler will certainly stay cooler longer.
My groceries get warm on their ride home, but it's a short ride.

(see separate thread on tracking temperatures of junk in the trunk)

Navigator, co-pilot, engine repair, etc.
It was either R2 or Jewel Staite... and she objected to sitting in the back seat.
