How to increase VO2 max. ?

Easiest and quickest way?

Shall I add more hills to my run? Shorten my warm up?

Thanks

More hills for sure. Running a lot, but running at a faster pace. I like to go by the legs/lungs method, having my lungs burn more (or those side craps) than my legs.

I find that running intervals works best for me. Add hills to your workout and you should see results in a short period of time.
