gawd damn that was nasty. back in college i dropped a glass plate and my stupid initial reaction was to try and save it with my foot and it landed on my big toe (most inner part of the toenail). It hurt like a bitch for about 30 min non stop and cold water didnt do anything. It looked like how your finger looks with the blood and all built up. I chose not to pop it and left it alone and I think after a few days the inside part started to get soft from the blood being there so I was able to pick at it thus creating a hole. Took a long time for the nail to grow back. It was weird b/c the new nail was growing underneath the fucked up nail... kinda like a step lip. Good luck man

Ha happened to me once. Actually took off the whole top of my finger and now looks like my index finger has a part on the side.
 just take a hot needle and heat up some pliers and rip that bit(h off! Feels much better after! |
