How to reduce level voice navigation NBT

Hello,

I have a problem with my level sound navigation

the level in minimal position is since very hight

i don't possibility to reduce the level voice , i can increase however i can't reduce !! the level

help me please

excuse my for my english write , my level is very low !! lol

i live in France

i use the Bimmercode application , I didn't find it inside

Did you turn the volume knob while the navigation system is speaking? Other automobile manufacturers' systems use separate volume settings for radio, media, navigation, etcetera. You can only adjust each volume level while that sound is playing.....

I turned the volume knob during the navigation announcement, but it has no effect on reducing the volume, I can just increase the volume but not the other way around.

I tried to find with "Bimmercode" if it was possible to code the navigation voice but without success

- HU_CIC 3002 VOL_MAX_ON
value 32 default 19

I don't know if it's this function in "Bimmercode"
