I filed a claim with the VA about 6 months ago regarding some health problems due to exposure to Agent Orange. Two weeks ago I received a denial letter.

Yesterday, I received another letter from the VA stating they were still working on my claim and apologized for the delay.

The next paragraph mentioned that if my mailing address has changed to let them know.

You bet VA. I didn't get your letter, so I'll let you know my new address right away!

I don't have any experience with the VA,however the IRS needed an important document from Social Security by a certain date otherwise I would face financial penalties. The document was not available for download on the SS website portal so I called SS and spoke to a person and they said they would mail it out asap.
They did mail it asap,I opened the envelope...it was empty,there was literally nothing inside the envelope & no form enclosed. I feel your frustration
