NSX

Is anyone tracking the development of the new yet to be released NSX as it compares/competes with the i8. Cars seem similar but a 200 HP difference.

My personal taste: do not like the look. What is the weight of the car? Watching videos it looks much heavier, and seems to handle very differently. Seems like they are going after pure performance.

Been tracking it too. Looks interesting, but maybe a bit over the top re styling. Drive train seems solid. I thought about getting one (if the darn things ever come out), but really like the greater flexibility of the i8, with the rear seat. The wife doesn't seem inclined to let us go with both. Yet, anyway ;-)
Will need to experience it in the flesh, first.

Agree. I've been sitting inside and had close inspection. NSX is pretty ordinary looking & feeling car. Fine, obviously fast and really sporty, but lacks very special feeling i8 creates. It's competitor for 488 & Huracan, not for i8.
