I have the same condition except mine is definitely worse than yours. The condition is most likley called gynecomastia. This condition is caused by excessive breast tissue so the only procedure that will ultimately fix this is taking the tissue out and probably not liposuction. If you have A cups, you may need to get teh surgery. Also, alcohol and pot may make the condition worse as well as eating soy foods. It is horrible, I know.

Read my post on the first page of the thread. There is natural help for remedying this condition if you're willing to make changes. You start to look like a women because your converting too much testosterone to estrogens and/or you have excessive exposure to estrogens in the environment coupled with shit diet and lifestyle and stress.

Go have that checked out. I'm assuming you used to be overweight but recently lost the poundage. There is specific surgery for man boobs as well, not just liposuction.

It is definitely gynecomastia, nothing funny here. Liposction ( https://gynecomastiapro.com/gynecomastia-liposuction/ ) is the last measure and can be applied only after proper treatment. One need to treat hormonal imbalance (testosterone/estrogen), and only after this think about surgery.
