It works great. I have attached it to the roof rather than the rear glass. It supports bikes without a problem. I would be a little apprehensive about attaching windsurfers to it. Perhaps contact the company and ask for their advice.

Here's our car outside the Waterside restaurant in Bray, UK - very good food - Michelin 3 Star. Plus the parking guy (in pic next to my wife) didn't need any help with the car as he'd parked a few already!!
