I imagine that he was, no argument there. One should note, however, that he wasn't dealing with the ass-hats that are leading the Democrat party in Congress these days, though. I doubt Reagan would have had much use for Pelosi or Schumer, either, to be honest.

Yes I though it was pretty cool to I have done this in many business deals and that’s the point well you have nothing to lose because it’s got to be done and that’s showing them that he’s not budging anytime so we’ll soon see a deal hopefully soon, what really gets me is that they all supported the wall and even said it was a great idea and was gonna spend a 50+billion on it and trump only asking for 5 billion that’s like nothing to the debt might as well add it considering Obama was gonna spend 50+billion on a “wall” and little 5 billion isn’t even close to 50 billion, it’s because they don’t like trump let me tell you business is business nothing personal you have to understand that he’s here building a country we don’t need to sit here critzing the president when he is our president we should be encouraging him to do better thing but avoid the hate he is our president and like I said business is business nothing personal and don’t give me some quote from a rapist. Then most of y’all will say well he added x amount and stuff well look at what Obama added we can play the game all day long.

You forgot my second comment - sancuary states/cities will be the next crisis. And, I do not feel good about their existence.

Walls are effective. Even though Politifact tried to muddy the waters and only grudgingly admitted the statement was, "mostly correct", the statistics for this wall indicates a VERY high efficacy.

Lets simply upgrade our technology so illegals can't be hired, and eliminate sanctuary cities and states. Simply uphold the rule of law. Which would be a nice change of pace for Trump.

That's the spin. The fence is the foundation. The drop was to nearly zero. It would not have occurred without the fence.

Any wall is part of an overall solution which includes more manpower, technology, etc.
