WAT??? Guess we will have to agree to disagree on this! Because the crowd's reaction was definitely in line with my reactions. It received applause at the end.
It filled in nicely with T2 and I can definitely tell the legendary James Cameron had his hands on this one. There is no way of mistaking this for a DTV movie. The budget was very obvious! I watched it in XD (cinemarks IMAX) and honestly I can't wait to watch it in my HT setup again...

Heads up, don't try to eat while watching Good Boys. You'll laugh the entire movie. There were several times I choked from from trying to chew and cracking up.

Cold Pursuit - Liam Neeson thriller 7/10 surprisingly good nicely filmed, some dark humour, thoughtful. Not a classic but pretty good.

I LOVED Doctor Sleep. So many new wrinkles, and yet amazing integration with the original film clips, and many wonderful graphic matches.

Rose has an INCREDIBLE femininity.
Carl Lumbly has so much Scatman in him.
OK, the whole vampire-like thingy was poor, but the nods to the original were so well placed.

Did I mention Rose?

"A man takes a drink, the drink takes a drink, the drink takes the man." and it was Jack. I thought maybe I should take an assessment of my drinking, maybe check myself into some therapy, I was at least going to wait until tomorrow. . . then my wife suggested sushi for dinner and I had a bottle of nigori AND a large hot sake after that.

thought it was entertaining. Ryan Reynolds really needs to learn another type of acting instead or sarcasm. it's like all his characters are the same

Agreed! Not only one the best movies I've seen this year, but maybe the best car movie I've seen since the Road warrior.

I'm glad I didn't have to drive home, I might've gotten in trouble.

Midway. Decent “B” movie; however, I think it stretched itself a bit thin in covering the events from a Pearl Harbor up to Midway. Acting was a bit “over the top” at times (Dennis Quaid) and the special effects almost appeared animated.

+1......it was entertaining. I agree about Reynolds....he's about "typecast" himself. Starting with the Blade movie, then DeadPool was over the top.

We watched Stuber over the weekend. Kind of a last minute thing, but it passed the time and had some funny moments.
