BMW Connected app FUBAR. AGAIN!
I swear. This ridiculous app is such a pile of Sh*t.
It's dead. Again. Last time it was down for over two weeks. Reinstalled and now it shows NOTHING. I'd fire all the developers and start over. So frustrating.

Get this...they said "there is a rolling server update that is causing the app to not get car data. If it last longer than A FEW WEEKS, PLEASE CALL BACK AND WE'LL LOG A REPORT. I mean..WHAT? Can you think of any other software company who might tell you this?

Couldn't agree more. The BMW Connected is probably the most frustrating aspect of the i-cars. I still use the i-Remote App which is no longer supported and no longer available for download, but still works better than the Connected App.
It is just a matter of time before we all find our cars unlocked (worldwide) because a 10-year-old has hacked this POS. |

The software sucks. But it was the remorseless customer service representatives handling of it that set me off. "...in the next few weeks??? What? |
