Goal: RETROFIT a used 2018 EME / complete drive module into a 2015 BEV.

Will a newer eDME be required, if so can it be from the above donor?
Assuming a 2018 KLE will be needed... what else? LIM?

How can I convince my 2015 to work with these later modules?
What's required to clone my VIN into them?
What else is needed?

Why: motor failed, bad bearings, don't want to put an early /used motor back in as it will fail too. 2018 had the "fixes" to supposedly prevent this failure.

... it also has what's needed to maybe get 's' power upgrade.

Not expecting quick fix, and as a EE and old wrench turner, I'm willing to learn.
