I’m in central FL. Yep, found my way to those sites where it looks like they let u toy around with colors and such. I just found the YouTube video of the CA pricing guide which I’m guessing will be closest to us here in the US. There was another post where some folks were putting up some official looking specs but I’m guessing those mustve been unofficial then.

Also fwiw I’ve been told eta for me is literally a year out. It’s gonna be a fun year!

They have been ordering I'm Europe. Not sure when they opened up so some stuff you might be seeing is real, just not here in the US.

I estimate that I'm April or May. I'll know more when they let me order. I'm first at my dealer, but I'm not sure how that fits in the overall allocation slots.

It's going to be fun for me for the next 7 months or so.

Do you know if narrower tires impact braking and acceleration? Can imagine that fewer grip can be an issue with the torque numbers of the M50.

2. Wheels: Can't stand small wheels, but don't want to suffer a loss of 50 miles and love the look of the 20"s
3. Laser lights: Always had the best lights and love the Adaptive LED"s on my X3M but I can't seem to confirm whether the LED's have the same functionality or not?

I guess ordering now doesn't lock down the spec, so better off just ordering?
I love the san remo green. The green or orange would be my two options when ordering. With cognac seats.

It's a car so I think the smaller tires look quite good. If it was an SUV I would go bigger as well.

Laser lights have the same functionality as LED. There might be some limitations on using the high beam with laser lights. I know with the first versions people were complaining high beams could not be used in all cases.
I also believe certain countries (USA?) get less powerfull versions of the laser lights due to legal restrictions.

The LED's don't get the high beam assist which is annoying - used that to great effect driving home last night.

Still debating whether to go with this now or get a final ICE car....

Im hoping that the lighter wheels will make it even quicker than the Car Wow test. This could place it at 3.5 secs or quicker 0-60mph.

Huh, I have LED's on my X5 45e. And it does have high beam assist. I'm using it always when driving to my parents. Unlit windy roads through woods and fields.

With on-comming traffic it enables/disables the high beam automatically
For traffic in front of me it creates a darker gap for the front vehicle to drive in.

Ordered M50 in September - received update that it could be up to a year before delivery. Should know more in the coming weeks. Went for BG, 20s, M seats, shadow line and CF interior finish.

When you say "ordered"; did you have a "pre-order" slot or did you go in and order once it opened up?

Okay, the year timeframe sounds about right then. If you go online now and reserve a spot it's about a year out.

I've got adaptive LED's too, but no HBA on the I4's LED's

I have a reservation that should be available in March. Tried to get some discount from the UK dealer buy as expected that was wishful thinking in the current climate.

I've done a preliminary spec and awaiting a lease deal as I'm not sure this should be a purchase, as it's a fast moving market.

M-Car lite.
Not full on M but does have plenty of M elements.
I'd say better than an M440i based on the performance but not an M4 replacement.

I'm buying it anyway.

I think lease deals will be crap. Based on my experience with hot/new models the lease deals are lack luster on new models.

I could be wrong, but if you can sell them, and they can; why carry a lease on the books unless it favors the company?

Made my reservation in June.

Lease deals are pretty rubbish so far. Still considering a Taycan

From my experience; good lease deals happen when inventory is high and cars slow moving.

Here we have a new model that is sold out for at least a year. The attitude is going to be buy it or take a crappy lease deal that bends you over.

I can't imagine good lease deals on this car or most other luxury BEV right now.
