One reminds me of the other. After a few decades in another car company, matte finish just looks to me like mules/early prototypes we ran in vehicle development. Feel the urge to reach for the clearcoat or polish. A hard “pass” for me.

It's the overall care and feeding for me.
I don't want a paint job that I need to sign a waiver for.

I want something that I can break out the hose and wax for on a Saturday.
