How Long From Production Start To Finish

Trying to get a sense please as to how many hours from when an iX starts down the production line until it is finished (assuming no QC issues)?

Also might anyone know the hours that they work over there, one shift daily, work M-F and anything else???

I have been told mine is scheduled to be completed by this Thursday and if so trying to back-figure when it might start. As of yet I have heard nothing via email nor anything else.

I will call the Genius line tomorrow but if anyone has any of the above, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Garage List
Mine took 2 days (8/28 - 8/30) to go from Exterior Body Assembly to Quality Check. 2 days is consistent with other posts that I have seen.

My iX 50 sequenced as follows: (prod date originally scheduled for 9/21/23 and shifted to 9/22/23)

Sept 18 body assembly
Sept 19 paint booth
Sept 20 entering assembly line
Sept 21 quality check
Sept 22 dispatched from factory
Sept 24 at the port

Still shows at the port in Bremerhaven and subject to the stop sale due to “interior trim”

Trying to cultivate patience!

As the OP, this week taught me the answer, that is if everything goes perfectly. From the time ours entered the “exterior body assembly” step until it left Dingolfing on a train to Bremerhaven, was less than three days.
