iX Towing in US (Hitch & Wiring!)

I have a quote from "The Electrified Garage LLC" in Seabrook, NH (They also have shops in FL).
Ecohitch Stealth 2" ball mount $585.00
Hitch Installation $467.99
Tekonsha Modulite ZCI $199.00
Universal inductive pickup
Wiring Harness
Wiring Harness Install $195.00

TOTAL PRICE $1485.99 (This is approx. the same price I received for a Stealth Hitch install, w/o wiring)

I'm planning on doing this, but most likely in May 2023 due to my schedule.

2022 BMW IX  [0.00]
I'm curious about the wiring harness since the IX uses a single combined voltage line for all light functions coming into each light module (each tail light has a built in control unit). The control unit then sends the appropriate internal signals based on instructions from the BCP.

That's why I'm letting the shop do it! I'll let you know how it goes in May...

That wire harness (OP) looks like it's for trailer brakes rather than for lights. Either way, I'm interested in the outcome.
