I have heard that there may be a way to code the accent pipeline lights to different colors when you go from eco/comfort or sport mode automatically.


I have both Carly and BimmerCode and have not figured out how to do it.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

as far as i know they dont change automatically, you have to adjust it yourself. I have however added 10 more colors

I'd love this too. Switching to red for sport, blue for eco etc etc. I've read you can add more colours via coding, but I thought you could only replace the existing 3. Having ten to choose from sounds really interesting!

Me too, I think they missed a trick making this a feature.

It seems odd to me that you have lighting that matches the colours of the drive modes, but it doesn't switch with the mode...

its all done by the coder, they add on top of the original 3 and do not replace, talk to you coder and they should be able to do it easily

Thanks and I know this is too much of an ask but can you by any chance give a list of the colors to see if it’s worth doing? The original three colors really worked well with my pure impulse interior, but now with the burnt orange interior none of them really work well anymore.

Well after looking at the post I didn't really see where it can be set automatically based on switching to sport or comfort.
