Not receiving email subscription notifications, not in junk mail

We are seeing the same issue as well across our various accounts on Bimmerpost. We've checked our internal email system and the problem doesn't seem to be on our end (our email routing is a bit more complex than a standard user). We seem to intermittently not receive email notifications even for threads that we are definitely subscribed to.

We aren't using the app as far as I know but our email notifications have been intermittently not working correctly across the various forums. If a Mod is watching this thread I would be very interested in any possible solutions and can provide specific examples of missing notifications if needed.

Tom, as a sponsored vendor one would've thought you might have more influence to get the situation remedied. Various threads are open on the subject including this one for e-mail. 'Perhaps' some of the active threads below are being monitored by the Mods.. But then again perhaps those same Mods aren't receiving App notification sounds and badges either.. Still getting nothing!

First post here, but I'll add to this feedback.

I attempted to join the forum 2 weeks ago. I resent the confirmation email twice a day and attempted 3 different email addresses and never received a single email.

I used the 'contact us' link several times and and never received a reply.

Today, I attempted to use my gmail email address which worked. My previous 3 attempts were GMX accounts
