Keeping the turbos in peak efficiency in their compressor maps.
Many people think RPMs are what cause a turbo to spool and it's actually more a function of thermals from high engine load and heat. This is why it's harder to build boost sitting still revving out on a motor compared to hitting the same rpm brake boosting. The load on the motor causes heat. The higher the load, the better the boost is built. Same goes for BMW TT motors. The further stretched out shift pattern, the better the boost is built and its ability to maintain boost. Also referred to as staying on top of the Chargers. |

Absolutely bananas.....
They offered it to me at $289k and I honestly have no interest in a GT3 since I have a 992 Turbo S on the way in April, then an hour later it sells for $310k..... $105k over sticker. |

Most of those "Suckers "spending 350 on a car, are not worried about money. Their feeling most likely are not hurt it the car losses 50 G's🤣🤑The sucker is the kid paying over MSRP for a G 80 when they can't afford it from the bat. Then in 4 years it's worth half.

I have a connection for GT3 RS's at MSRP, but you're gonna be on a list. I'm in for one as well, but who knows when I'll actually be called for it.

You'd be surprised how many of these high value cars are mostly financed with small down payments...soon as interest rates go up their buying power will be cut sharply. It's coming.

Just my opinion, but paying above sticker is sucker material. Car salesmen are just having a ball right now, probably high-fiving each other every time they line their pockets with 100% margin on anything above MSRP.

most of the time 'msrp' guys get put at the back of the list and people willing to pay over sticker cut the line. they might still call you, but only to tell you a spot ahead of you opened up for $xx,xxx

I jumped on that option instantly and looking forward to it arriving. Even with ADM of $20k it's only $290k, but I can already sell to another porsche dealer or individual for $330k-340k. My new acquisition needs a friend. |

That being said, I still gave him grief for paying over MSRP. Especially after he told me the delivery day was anything but special and he was treated like he was picking up a Chevy truck. |

I got a Turbo S from the same dealer, so I'm sure that's something. They got me my allocation pretty quickly too.
