Trouble with i8 sound system
About once every two weeks when I start the car, my sound system doesn’t work. The dealer tried to fix it but it keeps happening. Has anybody else heard of this problem?

Do you still hear the fake engine sound when you put the car in Sport Mode? If so, it could be related to the head unit and not the other systems that use the speakers.

this isn't meant to sound silly - but if you or your passenger is pushing the volume knob on the stereo prior to the car being turned off - the car does retain this setting when you next start the car - needing to turn the stereo back on.
if not - then yeah its not normal behaviour and check as per Pats note! |
