REX for California rebate and carpool sticker

Hi,

I am planning to lease a 2019 i3. As far as I know that California $2500 EV rebate and carpool sticker apply to BEV. But does anyone know REX also qualify for both $2500 rebate and carpool sticker? If REX is qualified, but is the rebate amount are same as well as the type of the sticker? I was told hybrid car sticker is different than full electric like BEV, Hybrid sticker expire sooner than BEV.

Thanks.

In CA you have to have gross state income under 150k as an individual and 300k as a family to qualify for both programs now. But the program is out of money so they're waiting listing people since June. Who knows if money will ever be available again to get $2500 from CA.

they've approved additional funding for the last 4+ years. this year will be the same.

"As of 06/27/2019, the Legislature approved $238 million in Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds for CVRP."
