snowboarding/roadtrip video i made

Some friends and i went snowboarding right before new year. Made a little video of our trip for shits n giggles. 3/5 of us are virtual snowboarding newbs, but it was fun. And making the video was pretty fun too. Thought i'd share.

Went to Mammoth twice this season. Sooooo much snow! Going back in 3 weeks

Actually going to Big Bear next weekend with a bunch of people for a couple of days. Not sure if I should bring my board... I hate riding there.

Just went to Mammoth last weekend. Unbelievable conditions & it wasn't crowded either. Can't believe how much dumped there already.

Big Bear is overpriced and too crowded for a small mountain (compared to Mammoth). Too many noobs camping all over the mountain trails. I feel your pain about bringing your board.

Nice Video! I love hitting up the slopes! Last year I went to Whistler Blackcomb,BC. Plan on going somewhere in Colorado for Spring Break.

The off mountain stuff was shot w/ my 5D Mark II. The stuff on the mountain i used my crappy little SD870 IS. Too scared to carry my DSLR on a snowboard haha.

yeah it was pretty damn busy. We went during the week, but it was between christmas and new years, so of course schools were out and what not.

I have yet to go to tahoe. I should though. I'm not that far from it really.

Yeah, i'm used to going to mammoth. Up until this occasion, mammoth has been the only place i've ever boarded. This was my first time at Bear. I wasn't too impressed w/ Bear, but Mammoth was too far for the time we had.

I've been wanting to visit my cousin in denver for a long time now, just to get a chance to hit up Veil. I need to make that happen.
