You must have top tier credit (675 or above) with credit links matching the full sales value (124k in this case) of an i8 (i.e. A mortgage- a business doing well- an m5/m6 or very good history on an 80k plus car like an m3/m4 etc)

Here, present this and stand firm and tell them "I've worked out the numbers for you. Let's make this happen"

This is the best it will get on a new pure impulse (148k) i8. 24 month, 10k miles a year lease (tax rate in LA is higher so adjust that)

Ready, set- GO.

I heard that there were a bunch of 2015s still at the port (earlier this month). But for some reason they have been hard to get. With all the traffic and comments on this thread, I'm really surprised that my dealer had a hard time getting rid of his car at a lower price than most anywhere I have seen.

What was the MSRP, Residual %, Money Factor, Sales Price? Does $2,000 include first month payment?

$1,300 seems okay to me but that really depends on the MSRP. I thought they do not offer leases on the 2015 model?

Here is my lease to compare:

Its The same deal I posted.

148msrp discounted to 124k

It's a pretty good deal considering its 1190+ tax- and 2k is total drive off. Aqc fee is rolled in.

And man, they ALWAYS say it's "the last month" only to find out it's not. They've been saying that for 4 months now.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they offer 15 leases still, I called on the last day of June and they still offered it.

I'm also seriously interested in an i8. If these lease offers are still available, I'd do the deal now. Does anyone know of a good place to start hunting? My local dealership offered me $1384/month with $6,500 down on a 2015 i8 MSRP of $150,095 ($129,630 after discounts and rebates).

This is a reply I received over at BF. So I guess 15s are still supported...
June was the last month for everything except the 2015 i3 and i8. The money factor is the same as that currently used for the other new BMWs in the July/August program. This will be the last regular lease support program for those remaining 2015 i3 and i8 models, so now is the time to act if you're interested in one of those because once September gets here, it's over. They have so many different sorts of support that I won't even attempt to get into that stuff because I'm sure I would mess it up somehow.

All I will say is that if you want to know what sort of deal you could get on a 2015 i3 or i8, you should contract one of the friendly Bimmerfest sponsors and/or your local dealership. I'm sure they would love to hear from you. I would run a check on cars.com first to see who has what remaining so that you will know which dealerships might be the most interested in hearing from you. Obviously if you call a dealership that has none left, they will try to switch you to something else.

Yes, it's .00137.
36/15k=60%, 36/12k=62%, 36/10k=63%.

24/15k=66%, 24/12k=68%, 24/10k=69%.

With $25k - $30k off MSRP (lower end for lower MSRP), you will be looking at $1,200 a month zero down assuming they do not increase the money factor. Put some MSD, and you can get this down to very low $1,000s. Just e-mail all the dealerships and see what the best price they can give you. If they give you a bad offer, tell them you got a better deal at another dealership.

Even better, get an executive demo. You can get them for more than $25k off. If you don't plan on owning it and just want to lease, it may be worth it.

Exactly
There is one nearby listed for $20k off, but if I could get $30 off, I calculate $979. A few bucks cheaper than my Jag FType R. Just not sure I'm willing to give up on the noise my kitty makes!

I had the f type r before the i8. I miss the noise but the i8 is great and it's amazing how much money I save on gas.
